    1 medium cucumber
    1 (5 oz) can Hy-Vee tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
    ¼ tsp. fresh lemon zest
    ¼ tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    4 cherry tomatoes, halved

    Directions

    1. Slice cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds using a melon baller. Set aside.
    2. In a small bowl, combine tuna, Miracle Whip™, lemon zest, dill and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Spread tuna mixture into cucumbers and top with cherry tomatoes.
