¼ tsp. fresh lemon zest | ||
¼ tsp. dried dill weed | ||
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
4 cherry tomatoes, halved |
Directions
- Slice cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds using a melon baller. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine tuna, Miracle Whip™, lemon zest, dill and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread tuna mixture into cucumbers and top with cherry tomatoes.
