|1||(6 oz) container Hy-Vee light lemon chiffon nonfat yogurt|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee skim milk|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee whole wheat bread crumbs|
|1 lbs.||Hy-Vee 100%-natural fresh boneless chicken tender cuts|
- Stir together yogurt and milk in a wide shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in another wide shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken tenders into yogurt mixture; roll in bread crumbs. Place on a large plate; cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Discard remaining yogurt and bread crumbs.
- Place tenders on a greased broiler pan. Move oven rack to upper third of the oven. Broil for 5 minutes; turn over and broil an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
