1 (6 oz) container Hy-Vee fat-free lemon yogurt | ||
¼ c. plain Greek yogurt | ||
¼ tsp. fresh lemon zest | ||
¼ c. chopped fresh basil leaves | ||
½ lbs. shrimp, cooked and chopped | ||
Hy-Vee salt, to taste |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water; drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine yogurt, Greek yogurt, lemon zest and basil.
- Add pasta and shrimp to sauce and stir to coat. Season with salt. Chill before serving.
