This easy weeknight dinner will is fresh, flavorful and only takes 30 minutes! A blend of chiles, garlic, citrus and warm spices, harissa seasoning adds a slightly sweet, smoky flavor to this tilapia dish.

1 (24-oz.) pkg. Fish Market frozen tilapia fillets, thawed
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee reconstituted lemon juice
1 tbsp. bottled chopped garlic
1 tsp. salt-free harissa seasoning
1 tsp. coarsely ground Hy-Vee black pepper
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
1 lemon, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 tbsp. chopped Italian parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large rimmed baking pan with nonstick spray. Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels; place in prepared pan.

  2. Stir together melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, harissa seasoning, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Set aside 2 tablespoons butter mixture; brush remaining butter mixture over tilapia fillets. Arrange lemon slices on top of fillets.

  3. Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork (145 degrees).

  4. To serve, place fillets on serving platter. Stir parsley into reserved butter mixture; spoon over fillets.
