1 c. halved green grapes | ||
1 c. bite-size cauliflower florets | ||
1 (2 oz) pkg Hy-Vee slivered almonds, toasted | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee bagged romaine lettuce |
Directions
- Stir together mayonnaise and yogurt in a bowl.
- Add chicken, grapes, cauliflower and almonds; stir gently until blended.
- Serve over romaine lettuce leaves.
