    ½ orange, juiced
    ¼ lime, juiced
    1 tbsp. Gustare Vita balsamic vinegar
    7 tbsp. Hy-Vee ginger kombucha
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    ½ c. Gustare Vita olive oil
    ½ c. sunflower oil
    ¼ tsp. lemon zest
    ¼ tsp. orange zest
    ¼ tsp. lime zest
    Hy-Vee salt
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Combine lemon, orange, and lime juices, balsamic vinegar, kombucha, and mustard in a blender or food processor.

    2. While the motor is running, slowly drizzle in olive oil and sunflower oil. Remove dressing from food processor or blender. Place in a small bowl.

    3. Whisk in lemon, orange, and lime zest. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
