⅓ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
¼ c. Hy-Vee canola oil
¼ c. raspberry vinegar
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted*
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 (6 ounce each) bags fresh spinach
2 pt. fresh strawberries, halved
4 medium kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 medium green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, paprika and Worcestershire sauce; cover and process for 30 seconds. Stir in sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, kiwi and green onions. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  3. *To toast sesame seeds, place in single layer on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
