Kiwi-Strawberry Spinach Salad

⅓ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee canola oil | ||
¼ c. raspberry vinegar | ||
¼ tsp. paprika | ||
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce | ||
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted* | ||
1 tbsp. poppy seeds | ||
2 (6 ounce each) bags fresh spinach | ||
2 pt. fresh strawberries, halved | ||
4 medium kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices | ||
2 medium green onions, sliced |
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, paprika and Worcestershire sauce; cover and process for 30 seconds. Stir in sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, kiwi and green onions. Add dressing and toss to coat.
- *To toast sesame seeds, place in single layer on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
