c.Hy-Vee granulated sugar
¼ c.Hy-Vee canola oil
¼ c.raspberry vinegar
¼ tsp.paprika
¼ tsp.Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp.sesame seeds, toasted*
1 tbsp.poppy seeds
2(6 ounce each) bags fresh spinach
2 pt.fresh strawberries, halved
4medium kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
2medium green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, paprika and Worcestershire sauce; cover and process for 30 seconds. Stir in sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, kiwi and green onions. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  3. *To toast sesame seeds, place in single layer on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
