Kickin' Chicken Dip
A dip that lives up to its name, this hot and savory concoction promises to get the party kickin. On chips, bread, celery, or by the spoonful—you won't be able to stop dippin.
Servings and Ingredients
|1||(8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened|
|2 tbsp.||Sriracha sauce|
|2 c.||shredded rotisserie chicken|
|1||(10 oz) can Rotel original diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese|
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and hot chili sauce. Stir in rotisserie chicken, drained Rotel and mozzarella cheese. Spread into 9-inch pie plate and cook in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- * To grill: Assemble dip in disposable 9-inch foil pie pan sprayed with cooking spray. Wrap pan in heavy-duty foil. Place in cooler for transporting to tailgating party or other destination. Heat grill to medium heat. Grill foil-wrapped pan 12 to 14 minutes or until dip is hot and bubbly around edges.
