    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream, plus additional whipped cream for garnish
    2 tbsp. keto-friendly low-calorie granulated sweetener, such as Sola
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    ⅓ c. dark unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 tbsp. brewed coffee, cooled
    Hazelnuts, toasted and chopped, for garnish

    • Electric mixer
    • 4 (4-oz. each) serving glasses

    Directions

    1. Combine 1-1/2 cups whipping cream, sweetener, and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Bet with an electric mixer on medium until soft peaks form (tips curl). Fold in cocoa powder and coffee. Divide mixture among 4 (4-oz.) serving glasses. Garnish with additional whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts, if desired.
