Directions
Pour gelatin mix into a medium mixing bowl. Add boiling water to mix and stir for 2 minutes, until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water, mixing to combine.
Using a ladle or small funnel, carefully pour gelatin mixture into the hole created in the plastic eggs.
Keeping the hole side up, place eggs in the refrigerator. Refrigerate at least 8 hours, or until set. When ready to serve, carefully remove plastic egg mold and serve immediately.
