    ½ c. fresh lime juice
    ¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    2 tsp. minced jalapeno peppers
    3 lbs. baby back pork ribs

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
    2. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, brown sugar, olive oil and jalapeno peppers.
    3. Center half of ribs in single layer on each sheet of foil. Coat ribs with lime mixture, turning ribs to coat evenly.
    4. Bring up foil sides and fold to seal each packet, leaving room for heat to circulate inside.
    5. Grill, covered, 45 to 60 minutes. Remove ribs from foil and place bone-side-down on grill for another 45 to 60 minutes.
