    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee bow tie pasta
    3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried oregano
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper flakes
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 tomatoes, wedged
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 (5 oz) pkg Earthbound Farm Spring Mix lettuce

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, run under cool water and place in a large bowl.Add basil, oregano, pepper flakes, cheese, tomato wedges and onion slices. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Add lettuce mix and toss to combine.
