Italian Turkey Burgers
Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs. Honeysuckle lean Italian-style seasoned ground turkey|
|½ c. Hy-Vee 2% shredded cheddar cheese|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard|
|4 Earthgrains 100%-whole-grain natural thin buns, separated|
|4 romaine lettuce leaves|
- In a mixing bowl combine ground turkey, cheese, Worcestershire and mustard. Mix lightly until combined. Form into 4 hamburger patties.
- Grill over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, turning burgers halfway through cooking.
- Place burgers inside buns and top with lettuce leaves before serving.
