    1 lbs.Italian turkey sausage
    1(14.5-oz.) can Hy-Vee canned diced tomatoes with onion and garlic, undrained
    1(8-oz.) can Hy-Vee no salt added tomato sauce
    1 ¼ c.hot water
    8 oz.Hy-Vee multigrain pasta, 3-1/2 c.
    1(6-oz.) pkg. baby spinach leaves
    ½ c.Hy-Vee shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add sausage, cook and crumble until no longer pink (165 degrees); drain.

    2. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and pasta. Bring to boiling.

    3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; cook and stir until spinach wilts. Sprinkle with cheese.
