    PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
    1 lbs.Italian turkey sausage
    1(14.5 oz) can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained
    1(8 oz) can Hunt's No-Salt-Added Tomato Sauce
    1 ¼ c.hot water
    8 oz.multigrain bow tie pasta, uncooked (8 oz = about 3-1/2 c.)
    1(6 oz) pkg baby spinach leaves
    ½ c.shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add sausage, cook and crumble until no longer pink; drain.
    2. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and pasta. Bring to boiling.
    3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; cook and stir until spinach wilts. Sprinkle with cheese.
