    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    4 oz. Roquefort or blue cheese, crumbled
    ¼ c. olive oil
    2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. fresh parsley
    ½ tsp. minced garlic
    1 tbsp. steak sauce
    ¼ tsp. salt
    ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
    1 (19.76 oz) Johnsonville fresh Italian sausage links
    6 hoagie rolls

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix onion, Roquefort cheese, olive oil, red wine vinegar, chives, parsley, garlic, steak sauce, salt and pepper to make Onion and Roquefort Dressing. Let marinate a minimum of 2 hours in the refrigerator.
    2. Grill sausage according to package directions.
    3. Place a grilled sausage on the bottom half of each hoagie roll. Top with Onion and Roquefort Dressing.
    4. Broil until cheese starts to melt. Finish with top half of roll. Serve warm.
