    ½ lbs. lean ground beef
    1 (14.5-oz.) can Hy-Vee Italian style stewed tomatoes, undrained
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

    2. Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner according to package directions.

    3. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a large skillet, draining any fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes and bring to a boil. Combine with prepared macaroni and cheese dinner. Spoon into prepared baking dish and top with cheese.

    4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
