3 medium tomatoes
1 (10 oz) whole-wheat pizza crust
1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
¼ c. thinly sliced fresh basil, divided, or 2 tsp dried basil
1 ¼ c. grated BelGioioso Italico cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Thinly slice tomatoes; place on paper towels to drain. Place pizza crust on baking sheet; brush with oil.
  3. Arrange tomatoes in circular pattern on pizza crust, leaving half-inch border. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the basil and the cheese.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and is golden brown. If using fresh basil, sprinkle with remaining basil. Cool slightly; cut into wedges.
