    1 Hormel Herb Rubbed Italian Style Beef Roast au Jus Entree
    2 c. thawed Hy-Vee frozen sweet peas

    Directions

    1. Prepare rotini according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
    2. Meanwhile, prepare beef roast in the microwave according to package directions. Using 2 forks, shred beef into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Stir shredded beef, its juice and thawed peas into drained rotini. Heat through over medium heat, stirring constantly.
