Pat ribs dry. Remove the tough silverskin membrane on the bone side of the rib rack. With a dull knife, lift up one end of the membrane and pull off by hand.

Use the "Pressure Cook" setting on your Instant Pot for a tender fall-off-the-bone rack of ribs.

Directions
Season both sides of ribs with seasoning; lightly rub in with hands.
Place water in the bottom of the Instant Pot; place steam rack on top making sure that water level does not exceed or touch the top of the rack. Lay ribs on top of rack. Seal lid and pressure cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
Once pork has finished cooking, release the valve and allow steam to escape. Once steam has escaped, and pressure has released, carefully remove the lid.
Remove ribs using tongs and place on to a large cutting board; let stand 5 minutes. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce on both sides; cut into portions and serve immediately.
