Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Pour dressing into a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Top with cod fillets.
- Top fillets evenly with salsa and ripe olives.
- Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve topped with sour cream and tortilla chips if desired.
