    ¼ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing
    4 (4 oz each) cod fillets
    1 c. Hy-Vee salsa
    1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
    Hy-Vee light sour cream, optional
    Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Pour dressing into a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Top with cod fillets.
    3. Top fillets evenly with salsa and ripe olives.
    4. Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    5. Serve topped with sour cream and tortilla chips if desired.
