    2 large ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
    ½ lbs. fresh mozzarella, sliced
    ⅓ c. thinly sliced basil leaves
    Coarse sea salt
    Olive oil

    Directions

    1. Stack tomato slilces and mozzarella in alternating layers on platter.
    2. Sprinkle with basil and coarse sea salt to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
