In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir in bread cubes and let rest for 15 minutes.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until tops are toasted and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
