    ¼ c. Hy-Vee dark brown sugar, packed
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    6 c. Hy-Vee bakery fresh Vienna artisan bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
    Hy-Vee Select 100% maple syrup, for serving
    Desired toppings, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a jumbo muffin tin with Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

    2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir in bread cubes and let rest for 15 minutes. 

    3. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, pour any remaining liquid into muffin tins.

    4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until tops are toasted and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

    5. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with maple syrup and desired toppings.
