1 ½ c. milk | ||
¾ c. Bisquick baking mix | ||
3 large eggs | ||
2 medium tomatoes, sliced | ||
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in a greased 10-inch pie plate.
- Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with tomatoes and cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5 to 13 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
