    ½ c. fresh blueberries, plus 30 additional blueberries for layering popsicles
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    4 (5.3-oz.) containers Hy-Vee nonfat blueberry Greek yogurt
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
    10 tbsp. lemonade, divided
    20 lemon quarters, divided

    Directions

    1. Heat blueberries and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until juices release from berries.

    2. Combine blueberry Greek yogurt, honey, and cooked blueberry mixture in a small mixing bowl.

    3. Spoon mixture into 10 3-oz. popsicle molds, filling each 3/4-full. Insert craft sticks and freeze for 2 hours.

    4. Once frozen, add 1 tablespoon lemonade, 3 fresh blueberries, and 2 quartered lemon slices to each mold. Freeze 4 to 6 hours more or until completely frozen.
