This classic Icebox Cookie Cake is ridiculously easy, but over-the-top delicious! No batter required.

1 ¾ (11.5-oz. each) pkgs. Crav'n Flavor original fudgy striped shortbread cookies
1 (16-oz.) container Hy-Vee frozen original whipped topping, thawed
1 c. strawberries, thinly sliced
Over the Top rosy red decorating jimmies, for garnish
Over the Top ocean blue decorating jimmies, for garnish

Things To Grab

  • 10-inch round cake serving plate
  • Plastic wrap

Directions

  1. Place 1 cookie in the center of a 10-inch round serving plate. Arrange 6 cookies around the center cookie to form a circle. Spread with 2/3 cup whipped topping.

  2. Repeat cookie and whipped topping layers 5 more times, alternating placement of cookie layers. Then top with another cookie layer.

  3. Cover cake with plastic wrap and freeze 12 hours or overnight until firm. Remove cake from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Remove plastic wrap and spread top with remaining whipped topping. Arrange strawberry slices on top. Garnish with red and/or blue jimmies, if desired.
