|1 ¾ (11.5-oz. each) pkgs. Crav'n Flavor original fudgy striped shortbread cookies|
|1 (16-oz.) container Hy-Vee frozen original whipped topping, thawed|
|1 c. strawberries, thinly sliced|
|Over the Top rosy red decorating jimmies, for garnish|
|Over the Top ocean blue decorating jimmies, for garnish|

- Plastic wrap
Repeat cookie and whipped topping layers 5 more times, alternating placement of cookie layers. Then top with another cookie layer.
Cover cake with plastic wrap and freeze 12 hours or overnight until firm. Remove cake from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Remove plastic wrap and spread top with remaining whipped topping. Arrange strawberry slices on top. Garnish with red and/or blue jimmies, if desired.
