Ice Cream and Mango Waffle Wrap
Servings and Ingredients
|4 Hy-Vee frozen buttermilk waffles|
|1 c. Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream|
|1 mango, sliced or chunked|
|Caramel sauce and chocolate sauce, optional|
- Place waffles on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Flip and cook an additional 30 seconds or until heated through.
- Top each waffle with small scoops of ice cream and mango, and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces, if desired.
