Hungry Jack Mini Pancakes with Strawberry Banana Topping
Servings and Ingredients
|2 c.||sliced fresh strawberries|
|1 c.||sliced bananas|
|½ c.||Hungry Jack Microwave Ready regular syrup|
|2 c.||Hungry Jack Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix (Just Add Water)|
|1 ½ c.||water|
|¾ c.||miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips|
|Crisco original no-stick cooking spray|
- Mix strawberries, bananas and syrup until well combined. Set aside.
- Combine pancake mix, water and chocolate chips. Stir just until large lumps disappear.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375 degrees. Spray with no-stick cooking spray. Pour 1 tablespoon batter for each pancake onto heated pan or griddle to form mini pancakes. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve pancakes topped with fruit mixture.
