Combine cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, feta cheese, garlic and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in spinach; combine well. Transfer mixture to a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW heat for 1-1/2 hours or until heated through. Serve with pita chips, if desired.
