    1 (8-oz.) pkg Hy-Vee 1/3-less fat than cream cheese, softened
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    ½ c. Hy-Vee pizza sauce
    1 c. Hy-Vee finely shredded mozzarella cheese
    ¼ c. red peppers, diced
    ¼ c. green onions, sliced
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese
    whole wheat bread sticks, or crackers, for serving

    • 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and Italian seasoning until smooth. Spread evenly in a 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan.

      1. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, peppers and onions. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    3. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with whole wheat breadsticks or crackers.
