    1 frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed according to package directions
    6 slice(s) Hy-Vee deli meats, such as bacon-lover's ham and garlic-herb turkey
    3 slice(s) provolone cheese
    ½ c. baby spinach leaves
    1 tbsp. chopped olives
    1 tbsp. red bell pepper

    Directions

    1. Lightly grease and preheat a waffle baker according to manufacturer's directions. (Use a regular or Belgian waffle baker.)
    2. On a lightly floured surface, unfold thawed puff pastry sheet. Arrange deli meats on top. Top with provolone cheese and spinach. Sprinkle with olives and red bell pepper. Fold each corner of pastry toward the center; pinch edges together to seal. Fold corners in again if needed to fit size of waffle maker. Bake pastry in preheated waffle baker until golden brown.
