    		¼ c. cocoa
    		1 c. sugar
    		2 tbsp. cornstarch
    		salt
    		1 c. milk or evaporated milk
    		1 tsp. vanilla
    		3 tbsp. butter

    Directions

    1. Bring cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk to a boil in a saucepan. Stir frequently until thickened.
    2. Stir in vanilla and butter.
    3. Serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat when needed.
