4 Ball Park franks, cut into thirds | ||
12 grape tomatoes | ||
4 Hy-Vee coney buns | ||
Hy-Vee ketchup, optional |
Directions
- On each of 4 skewers, vertically thread a piece of hot dog followed by a grape tomato. Repeat twice.
- Grill over medium-hot coals 7 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- To serve, place kabob inside of coney bun. Pull skewer out. Top with ketchup if desired.
