    ¼ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee whole milk
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee salted butter, melted
    Hy-Vee We All Scream! vanilla ice cream, optional

    • Microwave-safe mug

    Directions

    1. In a microwave-safe mug, stir together hot cocoa mix, flour, milk, and butter. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until mixture is double in volume and set.

    2. Cool for 1 minute. If desired, top with ice cream.

    3. Tip: Premix the batter in mugs several hours ahead. Keep chilled until ready to microwave.
