¼ c.Hy-Vee powdered sugar
4 oz.Absolut vanilla vodka, divided
Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows, for garnish
Chocolate syrup, for garnish
Caramel syrup, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat whole milk in a small saucepan over low to medium heat until warmed thoroughly (do not scald). Heat half & half in a medium saucepan over low to medium heat until warmed thoroughly (do not scald).

  2. Reduce half & half to low heat and add chocolate chips. Whisk vigorously until completely incorporated and smooth.

  3. Add powdered sugar and milk and until smooth. Pour hot chocolate into four mugs, stirring 1 oz. vanilla vodka in each mug. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
