    ½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
    ½ c. packed Hy-Vee dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. finely grated orange zest
    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground nutmeg
    6 oz. Clove-Infused Brandy
    3 c. boiling water, divided
    Whipped cream, optional
    Whole and crushed caramel candy, for garnish

    Directions

    1. In a small mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, orange zest, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg with an electric mixer on medium until combined.
    2. Combine 2 tablespoons spiced butter and 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) Clove-Infused Brandy in each of 4 heatproof glasses. Add 3/4 cup boiling water, stirring to combine. If desired, top each drink with whipped cream and caramel candy.
