Directions
Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup Asiago cheese in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Stir in broccoli, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Spread mixture into prepared skillet. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with remaining 1/4 cup Asiago cheese. Bake for 5 minutes more or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
