    2 c. Instant Pot Chuck Roast, shredded
    Italian parsely, for garnish

    1. Cook Texas toast according to package directions. Heat mashed potatoes according to package. directions

    2. Meanwhile, heat gravy in medium saucepan over medium heat until bubbly. Stir in chuck roast; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
