    3 oz. red cabbage, shredded
    3 oz. Granny Smith apples, julienne cut
    2 oz. Hy-Vee coleslaw dressing
    Hy-Vee salt
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    Honey Smoked Turkey Rachel Wrap
    1 (12-inch) jalapeno Cheddar tortilla, or Hy-Vee flour tortilla
    2 oz. Hy-Vee shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
    5 oz. Hy-Vee honey smoked deli turkey
    2 oz. rye bread chips
    Hy-Vee honey mustard, for serving

    Directions

    1. Make Apple Slaw: Combine cabbage, apples, and coleslaw dressing in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine. Set aside.

    2. Assemble Sandwich: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Spray a tortilla with nonstick spray and place in hot skillet. Toast 2 minutes or until soft. Remove tortilla from skillet. Top with cheese, turkey, and apple slay. Sprinkle with rye chips and wrap tightly. Cut diagonally into two portions and serve with honey mustard sauce, if desired.
