    1 tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. Hy-Vee honey, divided; plus additional for garnish
    Coarsely ground Hy-Vee sea salt, to taste
    ⅓ c. plus 1 Tbsp. Soirée mascarpone cheese
    ½ (4-oz.) pkg. Soirée original goat cheese
    ¼ tsp. coarsely ground Hy-Vee pepper supreme
    Fresh rosemary, for garnish
    Lemon zest, for garnish
    Assorted crackers and/or fruit dippers, for serving

    Directions

    1. Cook and stir pecans and 1 tsp. honey in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes until toasted and bubbly. Spread pecans on parchment paper or a silicone baking mat; season to taste with salt. Set glazed pecans aside to cool.

    2. Place mascarpone cheese, goat cheese, pepper and remaining 1 Tbsp. honey in a mini food processor. Cover and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.

      1. Transfer mixture to a small shallow serving dish. Top with glazed pecans. Drizzle with additional honey; garnish with rosemary and lemon zest, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers and apple slices.
