2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar
¼ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
salt and ground pepper, to taste
1 (16 ounce) package Hy-Vee frozen stir-fry mix with asparagus

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, combine mustard mixture and stir-fry mix.
  3. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are done, stirring occasionally.
