    4 (4 oz each) tilapia fillets
    ¼ c. light honey mustard dressing
    1 c. Hy-Vee panko breadcrumbs

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Coat both sides of tilapia fillets with honey mustard dressing. Pat panko firmly onto tilapia.
    3. Place tilapia fillets on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily and breadcrumbs are browned.
