1 lbs. Hy-Vee 100% Natural fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee seasoned bread crumbs | ||
2 tbsp. wheat germ |
Directions
- Combine honey mustard and buttermilk in a shallow dish. Add chicken strips and stir to coat. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Combine bread crumbs and wheat germ in another shallow dish. Toss chicken strips to coat. Gently press crumbs to adhere. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
