    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey mustard
    2 tbsp. low-fat buttermilk
    1 lbs. Hy-Vee 100% Natural fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
    ½ c. Hy-Vee seasoned bread crumbs
    2 tbsp. wheat germ

    Directions

    1. Combine honey mustard and buttermilk in a shallow dish. Add chicken strips and stir to coat. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    2. Combine bread crumbs and wheat germ in another shallow dish. Toss chicken strips to coat. Gently press crumbs to adhere. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
