Sweet honey-glazed salmon sits atop spicy veggie noodles, called "zoodles," made from zucchini and yellow squash. If you don't have a spiralizer at home, look for pre-packaged zoodles in the produce department.

To make zoodles, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute zucchini, yellow squash, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes until warmed through. Season, as desired, with salt and pepper.
