    4 boneless pork chops
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee honey
    Hy-Vee sea salt, to taste
    Hy-Vee freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
    2 fresh peaches, halved and pitted
    Hy-Vee Select extra-virgin olive oil

    • Large resealable plastic bag
    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • Meat thermometer
    • Silicone pastry brush

    Directions

    1. Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Add honey, salt and pepper and rub pork chops to coat. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.

    2. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium heat for direct cooking. Remove pork chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill pork chops about 10 minutes, flipping once, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
    3. Meanwhile, coat peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Grill peaches just until grill marks appear. Serve pork chops with grilled peaches.
