Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Add honey, salt and pepper and rub pork chops to coat. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.
Honey-Glazed Pork Chops with Grilled Peaches
Grilled peaches add a sweet and smoky flavor to these summer-inspired pork chops.

|¾ c. Hy-Vee honey|
|Hy-Vee sea salt, to taste|
|Hy-Vee freshly cracked black pepper, to taste|
|2 fresh peaches, halved and pitted|

- Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium heat for direct cooking. Remove pork chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill pork chops about 10 minutes, flipping once, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- Meanwhile, coat peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Grill peaches just until grill marks appear. Serve pork chops with grilled peaches.
