In a large bowl, mix together coffee, powdered creamer, sugar, cocoa, crushed peppermint candies, and peppermint extract. Place into a large resealable plastic bag, and store at room temperature until ready to use.
Warm and minty, it's the best of both worlds. Make a big batch of this coffee mix and break it out when you have visitors for the holidays.

|1 c.||Hy-Vee classic medium roast ground coffee|
|⅓ c.||Hy-Vee French vanilla powdered creamer|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee baking cocoa|
|12||peppermint candies, finely crushed|
|1 tsp.||peppermint extract|

When ready to use, bring 4 cups water to boiling. Pour boiling water into French press. Add 2/3 cup coffee mix to water. Allow coffee to steep for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, press coffee grinds to bottom of French press. Serve immediately.
