    1 c.Hy-Vee classic medium roast ground coffee
    c.Hy-Vee French vanilla powdered creamer
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee baking cocoa
    12peppermint candies, finely crushed
    1 tsp.peppermint extract

    • Large bowl
    • Large resealable plastic bag
    • French press

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, mix together coffee, powdered creamer, sugar, cocoa, crushed peppermint candies, and peppermint extract. Place into a large resealable plastic bag, and store at room temperature until ready to use.

    2. When ready to use, bring 4 cups water to boiling. Pour boiling water into French press. Add 2/3 cup coffee mix to water. Allow coffee to steep for 5 minutes.

    3. After 5 minutes, press coffee grinds to bottom of French press. Serve immediately.
