    3 ½ c. Hy-Vee old fashioned oats, dry, divided
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee canned pumpkin
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

    2. Add 3 cups dry oatmeal to a food processor. Pulse until oats become a fine powder. Add eggs, canned pumpkin, and peanut butter to food processor. Process until well combined. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup oatmeal.

    3. Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness between two large pieces of parchment paper. use a 3-1/2-to-4-inch cookie cutter to cut dough into desired shapes.

    4. Place cut-outs on to prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges and crispy. Remove to a wire cooling rack and cool completely. Store dog treats in a container with a tight fitting lid for 3 days at room temperature or up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
