The ratio of rice flour to starch in this blend is ideal for making gluten-free breads, crusts, and baked goods.

1 c. potato starch (NOT potato flour)
1 c. tapioca starch
3 tbsp. xanthan gum

  2. Yields approximately 2 pounds of flour mix.
