Holiday Brownie Sundae
Servings and Ingredients
|1 packet(s) Hy-Vee fudge brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on package
|½ gal. Hy-Vee mint chip or peppermint ice cream
|1 can(s) Hy-Vee chocolate syrup
|1 packet(s) small candy canes
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions in a 9-by-13-inch pan. Cool brownies in pan.
- Using a large holiday cookie cutter, cut brownie into desired shape. Place onto serving dish.
- Top each brownie with a scoop of ice cream.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over top and garnish with small candy cane.
