    1 packet(s) Hy-Vee fudge brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on package
    ½ gal. Hy-Vee mint chip or peppermint ice cream
    1 can(s) Hy-Vee chocolate syrup
    1 packet(s) small candy canes

    Directions

    1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions in a 9-by-13-inch pan. Cool brownies in pan.
    2. Using a large holiday cookie cutter, cut brownie into desired shape. Place onto serving dish.
    3. Top each brownie with a scoop of ice cream.
    4. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top and garnish with small candy cane.
